These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to your use of the Stashed mobile application (“Stashed,” “the app,” “we,” “our”). By downloading, installing, or using Stashed, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Stashed provides a recipe and cooking organization service. You may use the app for personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws. You are responsible for your use of the app and for any content you save, import, or share.
Some features require a Stashed Pro subscription. Subscription terms (e.g., free trial, billing, renewal) are presented in the app and are governed by these Terms and Apple’s applicable terms. Payment is processed by Apple. Refunds and cancellations are handled through your Apple ID and Apple’s policies. We may change subscription offerings or pricing with notice; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Recipes you import or create may come from third-party sources (e.g., websites, social media). We do not guarantee the accuracy, safety, or legality of any recipe or linked content. You use recipes and cook at your own risk. You must respect copyright and other rights of third-party content; do not use the app to infringe others’ intellectual property.
You agree not to use the app to: (a) violate any law or third-party rights; (b) distribute malware or abuse the app’s systems; (c) scrape, reverse-engineer, or resell the app or its content beyond normal personal use; or (d) use the app in any way that could harm us, other users, or third parties. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
Stashed (including its design, features, and branding) is owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not grant you any right to our intellectual property except the limited right to use the app as described. Your own content (e.g., notes, cookbooks you organize) remains yours; you grant us the license necessary to operate the app (e.g., to process and display your data on your device).
The app is provided “as is.” We disclaim all warranties (express or implied), including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Recipe and nutrition information is for general reference only and is not professional advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we (and our affiliates, directors, employees, and suppliers) are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the app. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (or, if none, zero). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms at this page and update the “Last updated” date. Material changes may be communicated in the app. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which we operate, without regard to conflict of laws. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of that state. If any part of these Terms is held unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a right does not waive that right.
